Shift supervisor production execution of steel inserts and guide carriages (f/m/div.)

Role Summary

As a shift supervisor for production of steel inserts and guide carriages (f/m/various), you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your team in component production.

In close cooperation with the workshop foreman, you define clear goals and are largely responsible for developing and implementing the necessary measures to achieve goals.

You will actively participate in capacity planning and ensure a high-performing team through needs-based personnel training.

Your tasks also include securing deadlines for production orders and consistently ensuring quality levels.

You actively participate in the continuous improvement process in order to constantly optimize efficiency and processes.

In addition, you plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance and repairs to ensure constant production readiness.

Requirements

• Education: completed training with further training to become an industrial master: in or a comparable qualification
• Personality and way of working: independent and self-responsible work, high sense of responsibility, very good team and communication skills, goal-oriented and organized way of working
• Experience and know-how: Management experience in the workshop area desirable, product and process knowledge in component production, experienced use of MS Office and SAP
