  • As a post boss, you are responsible for the independent organization and management of a post
  • No matter what role you start with, you will support the kitchen management in organizing and controlling the entire kitchen operation - checking goods, ordering, receiving and storing.
  • You ensure that production processes run smoothly, structured and economically while consistently adhering to all hygiene, quality and safety standards.
  • You ensure that food is prepared on time and of consistently high quality.
  • You work actively in food production and are right in the middle of it instead of just there.
  • You lead and motivate the kitchen team in day-to-day business and are a reliable contact person.
  • You pay attention to the responsible use of food, goods and resources.
  • You recognize potential for improving processes and actively contribute your own ideas.
