You will support our industrial and energy supply customers locally in Dresden and occasionally throughout Germany. Responsibilities

  • Personal responsibility: Carrying out maintenance and inspection work as well as independent troubleshooting on station control and automation systems for industrial and network operators
  • Analysis: Investigating complex technical malfunctions, identifying causes and implementing sustainable solutions
  • Innovation: Development of customer-oriented solutions in collaboration with internal departments - for system expansions as well as in ongoing service operations
  • Modernization: Carrying out software updates, system adjustments and modernizations during ongoing operations
  • Consulting: Supporting our customers with optimizations and technical improvements
  • Teamwork: Active participation in team and improvement processes in order to constantly increase service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Training/study: You are a technician in the energy sector or have studied electrical engineering, energy engineering or automation technology
  • Experience: At least 3 years, ideally in station control technology, network automation or protection technology
  • Know-how: Communication protocols (IEC 61850, IEC 60870, Modbus) are an advantage
  • Practice: Service/operation of energy systems, preferably with network or transmission system operators
  • Flexibility: Willingness for short-term offshore assignments, ideally with existing offshore experience
  • Safety & Quality: Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented way of working
  • Soft skills: ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, customer orientation
  • Languages: Very good German, good English
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel

For this position in Germany, the annual target salary is at least EUR 50,880 per year. This includes the basic salary as well as a performance-related variable salary component. The salary for this position applies to candidates with full-time contracts located within Germany. Our salary bands are determined by reviewing roles with similar responsibilities and levels.
