Role Summary
Creation, further development and maintenance of integrated project schedules for complex industrial and plant engineering projects across all project phases (from planning to implementation)
Coordination and integration of partial schedules of all project participants (engineering, purchasing, construction and external partners) into a consolidated overall schedule
Implementation of deadline controlling including analysis of project progress, critical paths and deviations from the deadline basis
Preparation of deadline and progress reports as well as derivation and communication of risks, opportunities and recommendations for action to the project management and project team
- Supporting the project management with scheduling strategies, change management and evaluating project influences on milestones and overall schedule
- Application and further development of lean methods and best practices in deadline management to optimize project processes
- Moderation of appointment and control workshops as well as central interface function for all scheduling topics in the project
- Ensuring the quality, consistency and traceability of all deadline-relevant data and documentation

Requirements
Completed studies in engineering (e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or comparable). Several years of professional experience in scheduling management, ideally in industrial, plant engineering or energy projects. Profound experience in creating and controlling complex project schedules as well as in dealing with project management methods (e.g. Critical Path Method). Experience in EPC or EPCM projects as well as in working with multidisciplinary project teams is an advantage.
Skills
Very good knowledge of common scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project). Experience in scheduling, reporting and analyzing project metrics. Very good knowledge of German and good English, both spoken and written. Confident use of MS Office as well as project-related tools and data structures. Willingness to travel as part of project requirements.
