Role Summary

• As a senior sports physiotherapist, you will be required to:
• Define support standards (protocols, internal guidelines)
• Guarantee the quality and consistency of treatments within the team
• Manage complex/chronic cases/therapeutic failures
• Be a clinical referent for specific pathologies (e.g. ACL, shoulder, return to sport)
• Actively participate in mentoring junior physiotherapists
• Contribute to the creation and development of a professional network
• Contribute to project management linked to the center's services
• Participate in the development of clinical network activity, new offers, visibility)
• Be involved in team management
• Caring for outpatients (musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological)
• Carry out functional assessments and performance tests
• Ensure coordination with prescribing doctors

Requirements

• Swiss physiotherapist diploma or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Proven experience in the ambulatory and musculoskeletal field (min 5 years)
• Additional training in sports physiotherapy
• Natural leadership and taste for knowledge transmission
• Interest in project management and business development
• Autonomy, rigor, team spirit and flexibility
• Marked interest in innovation and multidisciplinarity
