As a Senior Solution Architect, you are responsible for the technical success stories of our most important partnerships. You are the technical lead for our top accounts and synchronize complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack based on Golang and Native SDKs. This ensures that our platform runs smoothly for over 100 million users every day.

You close the gap between our technology and the partner's vision. Whether you delve deeply into architectural questions or design high-performance features: you ensure that our systems work together perfectly. What you're going to do

• Technical strategy & implementation: You design the technical roadmap of our partners, develop new solutions directly with them and use practical tests to ensure that everything runs smoothly before the big rollout starts
• Coordination of the joint roadmap: You accompany the entire technical product life cycle of our partnerships, coordinate the rollout of complex features and manage the technical integrations
• Root cause analysis and proactive risk mitigation: You go deep beneath the surface when troubleshooting to find and resolve integration problems early through a thorough root cause analysis before they threaten our partners' revenue
• Data-driven consulting: You use SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex data sets and translate raw data into technical narratives that help partners achieve their KPIs
• Voice of the Customer: You translate your partners' feedback into precise technical requirements for internal product teams to enable global scalability

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a technical customer role (e.g. TAM, Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture) in the area of AdTech, SaaS or Big Tech - ideally with a focus on mobile
• Tech Architect: You effortlessly translate high-level requirements into precise specifications. You have a broad range of expertise: from deep dives into SDK initialization and REST latencies with the product owner to debugging HTML/JavaScript yourself
• Data & Analysis: You love data and have mastered SQL and visualizations inside out. With dashboards like Grafana, Tableau or Kibana, you not only find the “why” behind the numbers, but also derive strategic decisions directly from them
• Mobile expertise (plus): You have Java knowledge or experience in mobile app development. You solve SDK integration problems almost instinctively
• Cross-functional leader: As a born team player, you confidently moderate between engineering and product management in order to find the best solutions even in critical phases
• Fluent German and English skills: You communicate confidently and fluently in both languages at a professional level (at least B2 level or comparable) - both in direct exchange with our global partners and in internal collaboration.
