Role Summary

This is what awaits you with us

You work in consulting and software development projects for customers such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF

You design, develop and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g. LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation and test automation)

You implement sophisticated and complex software architectures based on modern frameworks and the latest technologies

You represent Accso as a reliable, competent and technical contact throughout the entire project life cycle - from acquisition to acceptance - and proactively pass on your knowledge

You follow current trends and innovations (e.g. in software architectures, frameworks, tools, methods, etc.) and contribute the insights gained, thereby driving technological development at Accso

Requirements

This is what sets you apart

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable discipline
• You have many years of professional experience in software engineering, software architecture, architecture evaluation, server or client development
• You have in-depth expertise in requirements analysis, the development of technical concepts and solution architectures and also have a feel for the sales context
• With your strong empathy, you are able to quickly understand a customer's challenges and immediately develop convincing, viable solution ideas
• You act entrepreneurially, take on responsibility and impress with confident, target group-oriented communication with a wide range of stakeholders up to board level
• You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
