Role Summary

• Responsible for the marketing and distribution of plant-based raw materials and protein ingredients
• Control of the entire sales process from market analysis to contract conclusion
• Development of new sales channels and business potential as well as development of suitable marketing strategies
• Expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers in the food industry and related sectors
• Development of individual customer solutions together with internal and external partners
• Analysis of market, technology and regulatory trends to identify new business opportunities
• Conducting price, contract and cooperation negotiations at decision-making level
• Representing BayWa AG at trade fairs, specialist events and in relevant networks

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in sales, key account management or business development, ideally in the food industry
• Experience in the distribution of ingredients, food ingredients or comparable products is an advantage
• Strong understanding of the market and customers as well as negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and implementation skills
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel
