Senior / project manager (f/m/d) building construction sector industry

Role Summary

Would you like to manage technically demanding industrial and building construction projects – from automotive, high-tech, life science to space travel? As an experienced project manager, you will take responsibility for complex construction projects and lead interdisciplinary teams to success.

• Responsibility for complex building construction projects with a volume of €20-100 million - from analysis to commissioning
• Professional leadership and further development of all project participants
• Agile project management across all performance phases
• Advising our customers on planning, implementation and optimization
• Offer and supplement management
• Central interface for customers, partners and internal and external stakeholders
• Expansion of customer relationships and active networking in the industry is desirable

Requirements

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or similar.

• Several years of experience in construction project management, ideally in large industrial projects
• Very good knowledge of HOAI / AHO / VOB / VgV and MS Project
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and confident dealing with stakeholders
