Responsibilities
- Responsible for property monitoring as overall project manager in accordance with LP 8, § 33 HOAI
- Building specialized project teams around major projects, including hospitals and data centers, as well as their technical management
- Economic control of construction projects and coordination of internal and external project participants
- Overarching project responsibility and monitoring of deadlines, project budgets and quality standards
- Responsibility for the creation of offers as well as active participation in acquisition activities and the acquisition of new projects
- Secure and well-founded application of addendum and change management
- Responsible for compliance with security requirements and project goals
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of well-founded professional experience in construction management or property monitoring
- Proven experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of teams
- Safe handling of the VOB as well as in-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, etc.)
- Willingness to take on responsibility and travel to on-site construction sites in the region
- Very good organizational skills and assertiveness
- Confident communication skills at different levels as well as leadership skills
- Enjoy working with different people, teams and tasks
