Senior / project manager (f/m/d) building construction pharmaceutical industry

Role Summary

Would you like to manage technically demanding building construction projects in the life sciences environment - from pharmaceutical and biotech plants to laboratories to complex research and production buildings?

As an experienced project manager, you will take responsibility for demanding construction projects that are characterized by complex regulatory frameworks and innovative approaches and lead interdisciplinary teams to success.

• Responsibility for complex building construction projects in the life sciences environment with a volume of €20-100 million - from analysis to commissioning
• Professional leadership and further development of all project participants
• Agile project management across all service phases, taking regulatory requirements into account
• Advising our customers on the planning, implementation and optimization of laboratory, pharmaceutical and production buildings
• Offer and supplement management
• Central interface for customers, partners and internal and external stakeholders
• Expansion of customer relationships and active networking, especially in the life sciences environment

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in construction project management, ideally in projects in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, chemical or laboratory environments
• Experience with complex, technical building requirements (e.g. clean rooms, laboratory planning) is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of HOAI / AHO / VOB / VgV and MS Project
• Very good knowledge of German and good English
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and confident dealing with stakeholders
