Independent management and control of infrastructure projects in the area of railway infrastructure from early project phases to commissioning
Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordinating with internal and external partners, authorities, engineering offices and construction companies, including interface management
Monitoring project goals in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
Ensuring compliance with legal, technical and railway-specific requirements, e.g. B. BOStrab and EBO
Advising our customers on organizational and technical issues during the project process
Acquiring new customers and projects as well as creating and negotiating offers
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, traffic engineering, traffic construction, traffic engineering, railway engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable qualification
- At least seven years of professional experience in project management or project management of railway or infrastructure projects; Experience in managing multiple phases of a project cycle is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the management and implementation of construction projects as well as relevant standards and regulations, e.g. B. HOAI and VOB
- Technical understanding of railway-specific topics such as track construction, structural engineering, track, bridges, overhead line systems, signaling technology or noise protection measures
- Affinity to digital tools
- Strong abstraction skills, communication and leadership skills and the ability to bring different interest groups together
- Willingness to travel on business within Germany
