Role Summary
You analyze and optimize administrative processes in state and local governments in Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein and Saxony-Anhalt
You will develop target operating models, target and reference architectures as well as blueprints for effective administrative modernization in the mentioned federal states
You control change processes, moderate workshops and take over stakeholder management between departments, top management and IT
You will also carry out business impact analyzes (BIA) and risk analyzes in accordance with BSI 200-3/-4
Your tasks include creating a basis for decision-making and strategic recommendations for action for project committees and authority management, as well as setting up and further developing business architecture methods, standards and governance in the public sector of the countries mentioned
Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, administrative sciences, economics or a comparable course of study
- You also have several years of experience in process management or business architecture in the public sector
- You have in-depth skills in modeling and analysis according to BPMN 2.0 as well as in tools such as ADONIS, PICTURE, ARIS or Signavio
- You are distinguished by methodological knowledge of BSI 200-3/4, TOGAF, PRINCE2, Scrum or SAFe
- In addition, you are confident in dealing with top management, authority management and interdisciplinary stakeholders
- You have very good knowledge of German and English (from B2 level)
