Senior Manager Strategy & Transformation Public Sector (m/w/d)

Role Summary

You support the top management level of federal ministries and highest federal authorities in strategic fundamental decisions in the context of current megatrends

• As part of your work, you design and manage consulting and transformation projects for digital, effective and citizen-centered administrative action
• The active development and continuous development of the unit administration strategy is also part of your area of responsibility
• You will interlink business strategy, organization, IT and digitalization to create holistic and implementable solution approaches
• You work in interdisciplinary project teams in politically influenced and demanding environments

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, politics or administrative sciences or a comparable qualification
• You have at least ten years of professional experience in strategy, IT, organizational or administrative environments in the public sector
• You have gained at least five years of external consulting experience
• Several years of project experience in the public sector complements your profile
• You impress with very good analytical and conceptual skills
• You are characterized by a high level of presentation and communication confidence
• Very good knowledge of German at C1 level and good knowledge of English round off your profile
