Motion Picture & 3D Production You will become part of an interdisciplinary environment where innovation meets production. Together with our real-time 3D specialists and in close collaboration with our 3D, motion, web, UX and engineering teams, you will develop immersive projects for global brands. At home or in the office, according to your taste The opportunity to creatively shape one of Germany's most exciting brands Space for real conceptual and design work An environment that combines creativity, technology and culture Grant at the Urban Sports Club Employee benefits & discounts via corporate benefits Open-minded & nice people in all teams What awaits you Development of integrated campaign concepts with a focus on moving images and cross-channel measures Development of creative guiding ideas and conception of 360° campaigns on a basis of product USPs, target group and competition analyzes Development of content formats and channel-appropriate content series for social media and digital platforms Moderation and coordination of ideation processes and workshops Copywriting for campaigns, claims and moving image content Development of mood boards, key visuals and presentations for convincing visualization of creative concepts Creative support and ensuring consistent creative quality across all project phases Use of AI tools for idea development, visualization and text creation Implementation of Moving image direction Independent and responsible work in interdisciplinary teams Preparation and independent presentation of concepts to customers What you bring with you A completed degree (e.g. in the field of film, media, media design, communication design) or comparable training At least 4 years of professional experience in a creative, advertising or communications agency with a moving image focus Strong creative, conceptual and strategic way of thinking Excellent knowledge of digital trends and a strong brand understanding Industry experience in the field of bicycle, sports or Outdoor brands are an advantage Experience in the development and presentation of integrated communication and campaign concepts Experience in film production Enjoy communication and teamwork Commitment and reliability Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of spoken and written English Sound like you?
