SENIOR COORDINATOR FLEET MANAGEMENT / FUHRPARKMANAGEMENT (M/W/D)

YOUR JOB AT JYSK

• Technical coordination of fleet management with a focus on efficient processes, clear priorities and service-oriented implementation
• Responsibility for the entire vehicle life cycle from procurement to vehicle handover to collection and recycling
• Cost, claims and invoice management as well as monitoring of fleet costs
• Control of service providers and partners, including workshops, car rental companies, insurance companies, tire and fuel providers
• Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and processes as well as processing fine notices and logbooks
• Identification and implementation of process optimizations to increase efficiency, quality and service in fleet management

Requirements

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in vehicle fleet or fleet management
• Experience in technical coordination as well as in the control of projects and process improvements
• Practical knowledge of fleet management systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong understanding of processes and costs as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Driving license class B
