Role Summary
As the central contact for project management standards and strategic control, you will play a key role in the further development of our project landscape
In close collaboration with senior management and C-level, you will shape the direction of our major projects and contribute your expertise in risk and stakeholder management
The further development of project management guidelines, templates and tools is your responsibility
You ensure and promote group-wide standards and methods such as PMI, PRINCE2 or Agile
You will establish and further develop best practices throughout the company, meaning project managers and teams will benefit from your advice and methodical support
- In complex projects, you will actively take on roles in planning and control and strengthen risk and stakeholder management processes through your expertise
- Regular reviews of compliance with PM guidelines are part of your everyday life
- The analysis of KPIs and the derivation of optimization potential round off your task profile
Requirements
- A completed degree in business, engineering, IT or a related field forms your professional basis
- You have several years of experience in management consulting or consulting and know first-hand the requirements of demanding customer projects
- In addition, you have at least 10 years of in-depth experience in international project management and can hold certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SCRUM Master
- You are familiar with using PM software (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and are complemented by your analytical thinking and structured way of working
- Your know-how in quality assurance sets you apart
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness are among your strengths
- You also work on your own initiative and as a team
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and knowledge of English round off your profile
