Role Summary

What you will work on

We are looking for an AI developer who is genuinely curious about how Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we build software. With us, you will work spec-driven and explore AI in practice, preferably in interdisciplinary teams out at our customers. You learn to set up and manage AI as an active tool in the development process, not just an addition.

You will develop and orchestrate agent solutions, build and use skills in AI systems, and integrate services via Model Context Protocol (MCP). You work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to give models access to the right contextual knowledge. We believe that with your experience you will contribute to us developing KI in a responsible and compliant manner through good KI governance and KI compliance.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

You have solid experience in building software and have a methodical approach to AI-assisted development. You understand the value of spec-driven work where requirements and context are clearly defined, before you start AI, and you are able to design solutions where AI agents collaborate and act independently within defined frameworks.

You are concerned with quality, compliance and responsible use of technology. You communicate well, enjoy sharing knowledge, and want to contribute to an environment where we lift each other professionally.

We want you to

• have higher relevant education at bachelor's or master's level
• has experience with system development in .NET, Java or similar technologies
• have worked in agile teams with a focus on quality and collaboration
• fluent in Norwegian orally and in writing, minimum level B2
• It is a plus if you also have experience with:

Fine-tuning and evaluation of language models, prompt-engineering at an advanced level, orchestration of multi-agent systems, use of vector databases in RAG pipelines, as well as knowledge of frameworks for AI security
