Role Summary

Your main tasks

• First point of contact for visitors, customers and employees
• Carrying out patrols including condition checks and locking services
• Operation of the technical and safety systems
• Responsible for access control and exit monitoring

Requirements

• Min. IHK expertise test in accordance with Section 34a GewO
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English is desirable
• Class B driving license and own car required (property is outside)
• Service-oriented work style and good manners
• Well-groomed appearance
• No previous convictions or entries in the criminal record

• Part time | approx. 100 hours/month | 16.50 €/hour | 8 hour shifts
