Security staff (m/f/d) at Securitas in Mannheim, BW, Germany.

Role Summary

• First point of contact for visitors, guests and employees as well as taking over the management of visitor traffic
• Operation and monitoring of the in-house security systems (BMA, EMA, video surveillance technology)
• Taking over alarm tracking (intervention) and initiating situation-appropriate measures in the event of special incidents (burglary, damage, vandalism)
• Handling the issue of keys, receiving and forwarding mail, lost property and theft reports
• Regular patrols with condition checks and locking services
• Daily management of registration and reporting as well as admission and access controls

Requirements

• Expertise test in accordance with Section 34a GewO
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
