Role Summary

Your main tasks

• Taking over the telephone service and visitor management
• Responsibility for key management (issue and return)
• Creation of access slips and responsibility for exchanging ID cards
• Processing of alarms
• Responsible for access control and exit monitoring

Requirements

• At least IHK expertise test in accordance with Section 34a GewO
• Resident in Germany for at least 10 years
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level B2-C1)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage
• Secure communication in visitor traffic and on the telephone
• Friendly, customer-oriented and motivated demeanor
• No previous convictions or relevant entries in the criminal record

• Full time | 12 hour alternating shift | 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. / 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. | Mon - Sun
