Role Summary

• First point of contact for national and international visitors, guests and employees
• Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls (German/English)
• Regular patrols with condition checks and locking services
• Registration and reporting systems
• Administrative activities

Requirements

Expertise test in accordance with Section 34a GewO.

• Current certificate of good conduct without entries
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Reception and/or security experience
• Strong service orientation, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
