Role Summary

Your main tasks

• Contact person for customers, visitors and employees
• Access controls as well as regular inspections and patrols
• Theft detection, documentation and ad recording
• Enforcement of house rules
• Cooperation with the police in security-related incidents
• Support in the area of self-service checkouts to prevent incorrect operation or misuse
• Notification and reporting in the event of special incidents

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

• Min. IHK expertise test according to §34a GewO
• Professional experience as a detective / shop guard (m/f/d) desirable
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level B2-C1)
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
• High level of customer orientation and well-groomed appearance
• Loyalty, independence and responsible way of working
• Physical fitness and willingness to work shifts
• Resident in Germany for at least 5 years
• No previous convictions or relevant entries in the criminal record
