Role Summary

Your main tasks

• Carrying out patrols as well as regular inspections and patrols at our customer properties in the greater Hamburg area
• Alarm tracking and professional intervention in the event of burglary, fire and fault reports
• Carrying out locking and opening services according to customer specifications
• Operation and control of security and danger alarm technology, especially burglary and fire alarm systems
• Collaboration with police, fire brigade, rescue services and internal contacts
• Creation of operational reports and complete documentation of relevant events
• Ensuring proper and customer-focused security service

Additional tasks as a team leader (m/f/d)

• Technical support and guidance for employees in the mobile district service
• Coordination and monitoring of daily operations and district processes
• Contact person for customers, employees and internal interfaces
• Support in the training of new employees
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and service standards
• Supporting the operations management with organizational tasks

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

• At least the information in accordance with Section 34a GewO, preferably also a higher qualification in the security industry
• Class B driving license is mandatory
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Professional experience in mobile precinct service, alarm tracking or the security industry is an advantage
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility as well as a reliable and independent way of working
• Confident appearance and confident actions even in demanding operational situations
• Customer and service-oriented behavior
• Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
• Additionally advantageous for the position as team leader (m/f/d):
• Ideally, first management experience or the willingness to take on responsibility as a team leader (m/f/d).
• Organizational skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
