Sales trainee m/f/d, Agriculture at BayWa AG in Oberndorf am Neckar, BW, Germany.

Responsibilities

Your trainee program

You will learn skills and abilities related to the distribution of our wide range of products and the purchase of agricultural products.
You go through different stages in the company and get to know the practical aspects.
The trainee program, tailored to your personal strengths, lasts twelve to eighteen months.
You will also receive seminars and workshops for methodical and personal development.

Requirements

What you bring with you

Completed bachelor's or master's degree in the field of agriculture or master agricultural engineer, agricultural technician
Enjoyment of active customer contact, initiative, persuasiveness and sales talent
Regional mobility
Practical experience in the agricultural sector
