Role Summary

• You analyze and prepare data for decision-making - from ad hoc evaluations to reports and KPI dashboards
• You act as a link between departments, IT/development and management and ensure that everyone speaks the same language
• You translate technical requirements into structured, implementable user stories, epics or specifications
• You will actively participate in the further development of our internal tools, systems and working methods
• You will independently take responsibility for the implementation and results of individual projects

Requirements

• You have a degree in economics or business informatics or comparable training and have at least 2 years of experience as a business analyst, sales analyst or in a comparable sales-related role
• You have a good understanding of sales processes and metrics, ideally in media, advertising or digital environments
• You have already gained experience in requirements analysis and documentation (user stories, process modeling, etc.) and you are confident in using analysis and visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or QlikView
• You have very good MS Excel skills and are familiar with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• You approach tasks pragmatically and in a customer and service-oriented manner, communicate confidently at various levels and have good knowledge of German
