Role Summary

We are looking for: An analytically strong person who will further develop our data landscape, create meaningful analyzes and support data-based decisions in the comrce group with clear recommendations for action.

We offer: 30 vacation days, 100 remote days, flexible working hours and a permanent employment contract.

We pay: between €60,000 and €70,000 gross annual salary, depending on professional experience and previous knowledge in the specified areas of responsibility.

BI, dashboards & data models: You develop customer cube analyses, dashboards, data models and visualizations that make complex relationships understandable. In doing so, you create a reliable basis for decision-making for operational and strategic issues.

SaaS Analytics & Best Practices: You create best practice analyzes for our SaaS products and derive concrete recommendations for growth, efficiency, customer loyalty and the further development of our products and processes.

KPIs, Reports & Standards: You will further develop our data-driven decision-making by establishing relevant KPIs, reports and analysis standards. You will support departments in using data sensibly and basing decisions more on facts.

Business Partnering: You prepare analyzes and decision templates for areas such as marketing, partner management, customer success and executive management. You translate business questions into clean analytical approaches and communicate findings clearly, understandably and action-oriented.

Analytics landscape & optimization: You question existing reporting, identify optimization potential in processes and data structures and contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our analytics landscape.

you bring that with you

Professional experience & qualifications: You have completed a degree in statistics, data analytics, business informatics, business administration with an analytical focus or a comparable qualification. You also have relevant professional experience in the area of BI, data analytics, business analytics or in a comparable analytical role.

Technical knowledge: You have in-depth SQL knowledge and are confident in analyzing, preparing and structuring data from different sources. You also have experience with ETL processes and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, QlikView or Tableau.

SaaS & Business Understanding: Ideally, you have already worked in a SaaS company or digital business model. You are familiar with KPIs such as NRR, logo churn or ARPC or would like to quickly familiarize yourself with these logics.

Analytical way of working: You think entrepreneurially, recognize patterns in data and derive clear recommendations for action from analyses. You work independently, precisely and solution-oriented.

Communication & Collaboration: You communicate confidently in German and English and can explain complex data and connections in an understandable way. You enjoy working across departments with different stakeholders. A dynamic remote environment fits well with the way you work.
