Responsibilities

• Customer advice and sales of building materials, especially in the area of building construction, to our private and business customers
• Offer creation, tracking and order processing
• Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
• Support of the sales consultant, field service and other interfaces
• Customer follow-up
• Complaint processing

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or several years of commercial professional experience
• Product and application knowledge in the field of building construction
• Confident appearance and strong customer and sales orientation
• Independent, team-oriented way of working
• Good MS Office knowledge, SAP would be desirable
