Role Summary

Sales tasks

• Active sales and targeted acquisition of new customers of high-quality wood pellets as an environmentally friendly fuel
• Participation in the development and implementation of innovative marketing and advertising strategies
• Support with precise calculations and continuous market observation
• Invoicing and handling administrative tasks
• Processing of complaints and solution-oriented customer service

Tasks in scheduling

• Scheduling of incoming and outgoing goods logistics
• Driver and fleet support
• Compliance with transport-related regulations
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Monitoring of driving and working times
• Optimizing customer service performance

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
• Interest in the wood pellet sector is desirable, ideally combined with a passion for sustainable energy sources
• Experience in telephone customer acquisition or scheduling and strong communication skills
• Solid business knowledge for sound advice
• Confident use of MS Office applications and technical affinity
