Revenue Operations Intern - Cologne

Role Summary

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Intern for our location in Cologne or Berlin who will support our commercial team in setting up billing operations in a clean, scalable and automated manner. You take responsibility for operational billing processes and drive your own RevOps projects - from process documentation to automation to sustainable solutions to operational bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

Your role at Nelly

• Manage billing operations: You ensure that our billing processes run correctly, on time and smoothly - for internal GTM teams and our customers.
• Drive automation: You identify manual, repetitive processes and help make them more efficient with AI, no-code or low-code tools.
• Implement RevOps projects: You take on clearly defined projects end-to-end and develop scalable solutions instead of short-term quick fixes.
• Document processes: You record workflows, automation logic and process knowledge in a structured manner to ensure transparency and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Solve bottlenecks: You identify operational bottlenecks in the GTM system and propose structured solutions.

Requirements

• Ownership & independence: You proactively identify problems and advance solutions reliably and independently, without hand-holding.
• Structured thinking: You can quickly understand processes, identify inefficiencies and document them clearly.
• AI & Automation Affinity: Motivation and familiarity with using AI & Automation tools (e.g. Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make) to reduce manual work.
• Interest in data analysis: You are interested in understanding operational problems based on data and have an interest in or initial experience with data analysis tools.
• First relevant experience: You have already gained practical experience in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments, ideally with initial contact points in RevOps, Sales Operations or a GTM-related function.
• Availability & Languages: You speak German and English fluently and are available for at least 5 months.
