Remote Setter (m/f/d) initial discussions in coaching

Role Summary

Become part of our team and support people in regaining clarity and orientation in an emotionally challenging phase surrounding relationships and separation.

We work in the area of relationship coaching and have been supporting people for several years in making conscious and reflected decisions on personal relationship issues.

100% remote & on a freelance basis: Work flexibly from where you feel most comfortable - with clear processes and fixed contacts.

Structured processes & modern tools: We work, among other things, with Zoom, CRM systems and clear conversation guides so you can focus on your conversations.

Responsibilities

• You conduct initial discussions with pre-warmed interested parties who have already actively registered with us
• You work with a proven conversation guide, but remain human, authentic and empathetic
• You listen, ask the right questions and create a trusting atmosphere for discussion
• You check whether further consultation makes sense
• You will forward suitable interested parties to a qualified conversation with our closer
• You document the conversations briefly and in a structured manner

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Enjoy talking and listening to people
• Empathetic and appreciative communication
• Reliable and structured way of working
• Openness to working according to discussion guidelines and implementing feedback
• First experience in customer contact or in advisory discussions is an advantage (not a must)
