ifeel – International Mental Health Platform

Ifeel is a global mental health platform operating in over 90 countries and known for its evidence-based, clinical approach and focus on employee well-being. We are looking for psychotherapists with a valid license to practice medicine in Germany who would like to become part of our international network in order to support users with flexible, confidential and high-quality therapeutic support.

As a therapist at ifeel, you have the opportunity to accompany patients via two additional formats:

Video sessions: 40-minute online sessions scheduled according to your availability and working language.

Text therapy: asynchronous written communication that enables continuous and flexible support.

You will become part of a multicultural network of psychologists and benefit from evidence-based clinical tools, an experienced clinical team and a continuous flow of patients in your respective area of expertise.

Requirements

• Completed studies in psychology (Bachelor) as well as a master's degree or further therapeutic training in the field of psychotherapy, counseling or mental health, with a degree recognized in Germany.
• Experience in psychological counseling, therapy or mental health is an advantage.
• Knowledge of therapeutic approaches such as behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, humanistic or integrative procedures would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a digital work environment.
• Very good written and oral communication skills.
• Intercultural competence and experience with international or multicultural patients would be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telemedicine or online therapy platforms.
• Multilingualism is an advantage.
• Please note that unfortunately applications from alternative psychotherapy practitioners cannot be considered for this position.
