Role Summary

• Management, organization and operational planning of the security team at the property
• Several years of experience in the professional management of employees in the security service
• Instruction and training of new employees
• First point of contact for the client on site as well as interface between the customer and the team
• Planning and implementation of events
• Support with personnel and service planning
• Responsible for quality management and the implementation of the contractually agreed scope of services
• Regular reports to the supervisor

Requirements

• Completed qualification as a certified protection and security force (GSSK)
• Experience in human resources management (at least 10 to 15 employees)
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2) both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English (at least B1) both spoken and written
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance and actions
• High communication and team skills
• High resilience and personal responsibility
• Global thinking skills
