Role Summary

Your main tasks

• Operational and organizational management of the security service at the property
• Contact person for customers, employees and external service providers
• Personnel planning as well as management and support of the deployed security employees
• Ensuring the agreed quality standards and service instructions
• Creation of rosters and documentation
• Carrying out instructions and briefings
• Handling incidents and preparing appropriate reports

Requirements

• IHK expertise test in accordance with Section 34a GewO is mandatory
• Ideally experience in a comparable management position in the security industry
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least level B2)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• High sense of responsibility and confident demeanor
• Class B driving license desirable
