Role Summary

K3 Studio develops training programs, learning formats and community projects for companies in the technology and B2B environment. We support our customers in conveying knowledge about digital products and solutions in a structured manner and implementing training programs professionally.

We are a young company with short distances, direct communication and a lot of personal responsibility. That's why we're looking for a project manager who loves the organization and thinks for itself.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate our training, webinar and community projects organizationally and keep an overview when several things are running in parallel.
  • You plan timelines, coordinate everyone involved and ensure that deadlines are reliably met.
  • You take over project-related communication with customers and partners and keep everyone involved on the same page.
  • You prepare reports, track KPIs and document progress in a structured and comprehensible manner.
  • You bring structure to dynamic project phases and ensure that processes remain clear and efficient.
  • You support the further development of existing programs and processes and contribute your own ideas.

Requirements

  • You have already gained experience in project management – ideally in an agency, corporate or digital environment.
  • You feel confident in customer contact and can communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
  • You work in a structured manner, keep track of multiple parallel topics and think ahead organizationally.
  • You have experience in reporting and can clearly document projects using KPIs and present them in a comprehensible manner.
  • You tackle things, don't wait for perfect conditions and take responsibility.
  • You use digital tools confidently and are open to the use of AI in everyday work - ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience.

Benefits

  • You work on projects in the technology and B2B environment with real relevance.
  • Short decision-making processes, direct communication and clear responsibilities.
  • High level of personal responsibility and space to actively shape processes.
  • 100% remote work possible. Depending on the project phase, there may be individual days of attendance.
  • We are a small, growing startup. With us, you take on responsibility early on, actively participate and make decisions without long coordination loops.
  • We look forward to hearing from you.
