As a project manager / rollout manager TENTAC (m/f/d) you will manage the introduction and migration of our TENTAC platform for customers in the energy industry. You coordinate teams, sub-projects and stakeholders, keep an eye on deadlines, quality and budget and accompany our customers until the successful go-live.

what we plan to do together

Control of TENTAC rollout projects: You plan and control introduction and migration projects and keep an eye on deadlines, resources, budget and quality.

Coordination of sub-projects: You bring together topics such as processes, migration, architecture & integration, testing, training as well as cutover and go-live.

Customer and stakeholder management: You are the central contact for our customers, moderate workshops and status discussions and ensure transparent communication.

Project controlling & governance: You create project plans and reports, prepare project and steering committees and manage risks and escalations.

Rollout & Transformation: You ensure the application of TENTAC standards and best practices, coordinate rollout waves and support the customer's technical and organizational transformation.

Go-Live & Stabilization: You coordinate test, cutover, go-live and the subsequent hypercare phase and, together with the project team, ensure go-live readiness.

• what you bring with you
• Several years of experience as a project manager or program manager in IT, transformation or comparable projects
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Utilities or platform implementation projects
• Knowledge of the energy industry's core processes
• Experience in classic and hybrid project management as well as in stakeholder and risk management
• Confident use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Planner
• Strong customer orientation, strong communication and moderation skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Requirements

Nice to have

Certification in project management, e.g. B. PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA

• Experience with SaaS and platform models
