Projekt Manager/ Head of Field (m/w/d) Coca-Cola

For a strategically important customer mandate, we are looking for an experienced, managerial personality as a Project Manager/Head of Field (m/f/d).
In this role, you are responsible for setting up, managing and further developing the field service structure in the food retail sector in Northern Germany. You ensure that defined implementation standards in the market are adhered to, qualitative goals are achieved and merchandisers are professionally managed, developed and supported.
The focus of the role is on quality in the field in the food retail sector: from recruiting, onboarding and induction through coaching and control to quality assurance, escalation management and stable personnel management in day-to-day business.
Ideally, you work from Hamburg or are regularly present at our headquarters in Hamburg. It is generally possible to live outside of Hamburg as long as you are based in Northern Germany and can reliably ensure the operational support of the food retail area.
