• Contact person for our customers and partners as well as project management of demanding building construction projects
• Overall economic responsibility for the respective project including ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality goals
• Advising our customers from the initial analysis, through planning and implementation to acceptance, including commissioning
• Agile project management across all project levels and performance phases

Technical and economic advice for our clients and professional discussions with planners to ensure optimal support for our projects in planning and implementation

Integration of our digital project management through the use of our digital tools

Expanding the existing network in the construction industry, including acquiring new customers as well as preparing offers and processing addenda

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• At least 5-8 years of professional experience in project management of construction projects and experience in project management are required
• Knowledge of the LM.VM. Project management/project management performance profile is an advantage
• Knowledge of the application of the BVergG for public clients would be an advantage.
• Good handling and willingness to learn with IT tools such as MS Project, cost control tools (coor), reporting tools, etc.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Possibility of occasional project-related business trips within the country
• Existing network in the construction industry as well as skill and persuasiveness in interacting with different project participants

We offer you an attractive, market-compliant salary package based on your qualifications and experience from €68,000 gross per year. Lt. According to legal requirements, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is € 3,783.88 (full-time).
