Role Summary

• Independent processing of work packages within the framework of demanding building construction projects across all project phases
• Assuming responsibility in the areas of deadlines, costs and quality, tendering and contract management
• Organization, communication, information and coordination with all project participants throughout the entire project
• Gradual takeover of sub-project management and deputy project management
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management of building construction projects
• Good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and good knowledge of MS Project
• Continuous network expansion as well as skill and persuasiveness in interacting with different project participants
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and good knowledge of English is desirable
• Strong comprehension, analytical and logical way of thinking and high communication skills as well as a convincing appearance

We offer you an attractive, market-compliant salary package based on your qualifications and experience from €47,000 gross per year. Lt. According to legal requirements, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is € 2,712.15 (full-time).
