Role Summary

Do you want to lead technically advanced projects and contribute to solutions that make a real difference? We are now looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager - either with several years of experience in plumbing design or someone who is currently already working as a UL.

As a project manager, you will have an important role in projects within Hospitals, High Security Facilities, Defense or Infrastructure. You lead the planning work, coordinate technical areas, ensure quality and are a central contact with the customer.

You drive development in digital planning, BIM and AI support, and work strategically with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Here, you will have great influence over technology selection, system design and the overall direction of the projects.

Possible location for the role is in Örebro or Västerås. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home as agreed.

Requirements

We are looking for you who are confident in your technical competence and are motivated by responsibility, leadership and customer-oriented work.

  • To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
  • Degree as plumbing engineer, energy engineer or equivalent education
  • Several years of experience in HVAC/VVS planning or experience in the role of project manager
  • Solid knowledge of ventilation systems, heating and cooling technology and energy efficiency
  • Experience with MagiCAD (AutoCAD or Revit)
  • Very good understanding of AMA, BBR and industry standards
  • Ability to coordinate engineering disciplines and lead design work
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing, to meet our customers' needs

Meritorious

  • Experience of hospital projects, defense facilities or assignments for the Fortifications Agency
  • Experience of working in security classified environments
  • Knowledge of LEED/BREEAM or other sustainability certifications
  • Experience working with operation, maintenance, inspections or troubleshooting
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive new ways of working
