Project manager in construction for Ramboll's growing team in Malmö!

Role Summary

Ramboll's project management team in Malmö is in an expansive phase, and we are now looking for a driven project manager who wants to take a central role in developing and running exciting projects in civil engineering. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, and with support from our national project management division as well as colleagues in Ramboll's global organization, we offer you the opportunity to become part of our growth journey and develop together with us!

Your new position

As our new Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects in construction, real estate or industry, from planning to completion. You will ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and with high quality, while creating value for our customers through innovative and sustainable solutions.

You will become part of our global organization Buildings Advisory & Consultancy, with local anchoring in our project management unit, Projektledning Väst/Syd, and operate in the local market with our customers. The unit currently consists of around 20 competent employees with broad experience in, among other things, project management, construction management, work environment and costing. The unit works closely with both our national and international teams, and together we run projects that shape the sustainable societies of the future. Many of our projects are multidisciplinary, which enables collaboration with customers and colleagues within all of Ramboll's business areas.

With the strength of a global organization, we are able to offer holistic advice that combines technology, strategy and digitization. Our organization combines consulting in project and construction management, digital processes with specialist knowledge in e.g. building physics, acoustics and safety, sustainability strategies to support our customers through the entire construction process. The result is buildings and environments that are smart, safe and sustainable.

Requirements

Your main responsibilities include

• Project management by steering the projects towards established goals, creating an understanding of the customer's needs and defining project goals together with the customer.
• Actively participate in the tender process and contribute to winning new assignments.
• Implement sustainability and environmental initiatives in the projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Be part of the development of the society of the future in the Scania region.
• Contribute with knowledge in contracts and agreements, risk management and project planning.

About you

• You have mine. 10 years of experience in leading construction projects with high demands on coordination and planning.
• You have experience with ABK09, ABT06, AB04.
• You have experience from negotiations and enjoy dialogue with the customer.
• You have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• You have an academic degree in civil engineering/university education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in project management and construction management is advantageous.
• It is advantageous if you are a trained and active controller (KA) according to PBL.
