Project manager (m/f/d) electrical engineering building and systems technology

Role Summary

In the area of building and systems technology, you will take on a central role in the implementation of demanding construction and investment projects within BayWa AG. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the safe, economical and sustainable development of our locations.

Planning, coordination and implementation of electrical engineering trades in new and existing building projects (including high and low current, lighting and safety systems)

Control and technical support of external planners, specialist engineers and executing companies throughout all project phases

Ensuring project goals in terms of quality, costs and deadlines in compliance with legal requirements, relevant standards and internal guidelines

Technical examination of planning and execution documents, creation of service specifications as well as participation in tendering, awarding and contract processing

Accompanying commissioning, organizing and carrying out acceptance tests as well as structured handover of the systems including complete documentation

Close coordination and coordination with internal interfaces and external project participants

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a master electrician or state-certified technician (electrical engineering)
• Several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of electrical engineering systems, ideally in industrial, commercial or infrastructure construction
• Very good knowledge of the relevant standards, guidelines and regulations (including DIN, VDE, VOB, HOAI)
• Routine in controlling external service providers as well as in technical project management
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident appearance towards internal and external contacts
• Confident handling of MS Office applications; Knowledge of project control or CAD systems is an advantage
