Role Summary

Would you like to contribute your know-how in technical building equipment with a focus on KG400 electrical engineering and lead demanding new construction and existing projects to holistic success? In an interdisciplinary team, you will take responsibility for technically complex buildings, keep an eye on quality, costs and deadlines and help design sustainable solutions for the buildings of the future. We implement projects in a wide variety of areas - this position focuses on exciting projects in the industrial and real estate environment. Responsible for construction supervision as a project manager for one or more construction sites in phase 8 with a focus on electrical and control technology in KG 400

  • Professional leadership and further development of project teams as well as guidance and training of colleagues in the project context
  • Economical handling of construction projects, monitoring of construction work and interface function with external project participants
  • Overarching project responsibility and monitoring in the context of deadlines, project budgets and quality standards
  • Applying and controlling cost, supplement and change management as well as participating in the preparation of offers
  • Coordination and control of all ELT trades as well as ensuring smooth integration into the overall project

Requirements

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, building technology or TGA master, technician or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management, property monitoring, construction management or TGA planning with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Experience in the technical management of project teams or in the sub-project management of complex construction projects
  • Safe handling of the VOB as well as in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, etc.)
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and work on site at construction sites
  • Very good organizational and communication skills as well as a confident demeanor towards different project participants
