Role Summary

The management and implementation of complex and innovative construction projects (new buildings and existing ones), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value, are our core competencies. A wide range of services for technically demanding projects, from feasibility studies to large projects, for both private and public clients, forms a significant part of our portfolio. We are looking for your project expertise in technical building equipment with a focus on KG400 heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning technology. Responsible for specialist construction supervision as overall project manager for one or more construction sites in LPH 8 with a focus on the mechanical trades of KG400

• Professional leadership of the project team including technical guidance and training of students
• Economical processing of construction projects, monitoring of construction execution as well as interface function to integral construction management
• Monitoring the project budget and developing countermeasures
• Safe and sound application of cost/additional and change management
• Coordinating the interfaces between the technical trades and the building construction trades
• Participate in the preparation of offers, organization of project processes and compliance with security requirements and project goals

Requirements

Completed studies in supply technology, building technology or comparable engineering studies or further training to become a TGA master/technician in the field of HLSK

• Experience in construction management or construction supervision as well as in leading teams
• Safe application of the HOAI, the VOB and the technical regulations
• Good knowledge of tendering and awarding
• Willingness to travel to Northern Germany for project-related purposes
• Independent and responsible way of working, assertiveness and motivational ability
• Enjoy dealing with different people, teams and tasks
