Role Summary

Would you like to take part in exciting construction projects and take on responsible tasks? Then come to us! As a project manager for all new buildings and renovations in the healthcare sector, you will monitor the entire execution process in close cooperation with, among others, the additional specific specialist engineers from the areas of laboratory and medical technology as well as the hospital representatives and higher-level construction departments of the respective clients.

  • Responsibility for property monitoring and the commissioning process for healthcare buildings (clinics, hospitals, laboratories, care facilities)
  • Interface coordination between the building construction trades, technical trades and medical and laboratory technology trades
  • Economical execution of construction projects as well as monitoring and compliance with the project budget
  • Cost/additional and change management as well as internal risk management
  • Management and development of employees including the imparting of clinic-specific specialist knowledge in the healthcare sector
  • Active networking with other departments and support in the acquisition of new projects

Requirements

  • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable course of study, alternatively a construction-specific technician/master's degree
  • Knowledge of handling projects in the clinical and laboratory construction sector
  • Profound professional experience in property monitoring and ideally in leading teams
  • Confident handling of the VOB and technical regulations, as well as good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
  • Ideally technical English skills
  • Independent and responsible way of working as well as assertiveness, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
