Project Manager (f/m/d) Integrated Project Management (IPA)

Role Summary

As a project manager for integrated project management (IPA), you will design groundbreaking construction projects in building construction and take part in the design of the IPA toolbox and future-oriented methodology. Advice on collaborative processing models in line with the company and account strategy

Participate in the implementation of integrated project management models in the context of complex building construction projects, especially in the context of the construction of new hospitals, in close cooperation with customers

• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team in the areas of IPA management, lean management and cost controlling
• Implementing best practice approaches within IPA projects
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as a subject matter expert for IPA
• Further developing IPA models and tools and developing innovative approaches
• Participate in acquisitions and customer care

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a related field
• Initial professional experience in large projects is desirable
• Enthusiasm and passion for collaborative project management models and ideally initial practical experience in an IPA context
• In-depth knowledge of project management and construction processes
• Further training in the field of mediation or conflict management is desirable
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
• Initial knowledge of data environments (CDE) and collaborative tools (e.g. Whiteboard, Lean, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in German and English as well as strong analytical skills
