Project manager (f/m/d) property monitoring TGA HLSK

Role Summary

Do you enjoy being on the construction site, are you familiar with TGA and get technology running reliably? Your commitment makes the difference – for a smooth construction process and sustainable, future-proof buildings. You will be supported by modern tools, a strong team and structured onboarding - in Munich, before you work on our projects in Penzberg and other projects in the DACH region.

• Independent responsibility for property monitoring in accordance with LPH 8, § 55 HOAI for the TGA area, especially HLSK
• Active interface coordination between the specialist trades involved
• Economical execution of the construction projects within the specified fee framework
• Independent scheduling, control and monitoring
• Safe and well-founded application of cost/additional and change management
• Quality control and assurance using the in-house QA software

Requirements

• A qualification as a technician, master craftsman, civil engineer or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in property monitoring or construction in the TGA environment, especially in the life sciences sector
• Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, BGB, as well as technical regulations
• Good knowledge of MS Project, initial experience in LEAN methodology desirable and good knowledge of English
• Willingness to undertake project-dependent, regional travel
• Independent, assertive working style with willingness to travel regionally
