Role Summary
The management and implementation of complex and innovative construction projects (new buildings and existing ones), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value, are our core competencies. A wide range of services for technically demanding projects, from planning to construction. Our customers come from both the private and public sectors. We are looking for your passion for property monitoring.
Responsible for property monitoring as overall project manager in accordance with LP 8, § 33 HOAI for one or more construction sites
Professional management of the project team including their technical guidance and training
Economical handling of the construction projects, monitoring of construction execution and coordination of the internal and external project participants in the construction project
- Overarching project responsibility and monitoring of deadlines, project budgets and quality standards
- Secure and well-founded application of addendum and change management
- Support in preparing offers and organizing project processes
- Responsible for compliance with security requirements and project goals
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in construction management, property monitoring or planning - ideally initial experience in the technical management of teams
- Safe handling of the VOB as well as in-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, etc.)
- Willingness to assume responsibility and travel to on-site construction sites
- Very good organizational skills and assertiveness
- Confident communication skills at different levels as well as leadership skills
- Enjoy working with different people, teams and tasks
