Role Summary

Independent project management of demanding building construction projects across all project phases

Overall responsibility in the areas of action dates, costs and quality, tendering and contract management

Full responsibility towards the customer for all questions within the agreed scope of services as well as contact person for other internal and external stakeholders

• Professional leadership of the Drees & Sommer project team, as well as responsibility for professional and personal development
• Assumption of overall entrepreneurial responsibility for projects with regard to internal quality, utilization, budget and risk
• Participation in acquisition and maintenance of customer relationships

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of proven professional experience in a project management role in project management of building construction projects
• Good knowledge of HOAI, AHO and VOB as well as good knowledge of MS Project
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and good knowledge of English is desirable
• Experience in the technical leadership responsibility of project participants
• Continuous network expansion as well as skill and persuasiveness in interacting with different stakeholders
• Overview of overall context and prioritization based on this within the project
• Analytical and logical way of thinking and high communication skills, convincing appearance and a structured way of working
