Project manager (f/m/d) building construction sector industry

Role Summary

Build the future with us! Would you like to manage and successfully implement complex building construction projects across all industries? Are you interested in construction projects in the automotive, industry or life science sectors? As a project manager, you will design innovative solutions with us and advance the construction world at regional project locations. We fill this position full-time and part-time (from 30 hours/week) at several locations in Germany.

Agile project management of demanding construction projects from the automotive, industry or life science sectors - from design planning through tendering and awarding to construction supervision and commissioning

• Taking over partial and deputy project management with responsibility for deadlines, costs and building quality
• Preparation of feasibility studies and economic feasibility studies
• Technical, economic and organizational advice throughout the entire project
• Close collaboration with our experts from construction management
• Controlling and communicating with everyone involved in the project – interdisciplinary and at eye level

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management of construction projects, ideally in automotive, industry or life science
• Knowledge of tendering and award procedures (national/international) as well as how to use digital project management tools
• Good knowledge of German and ideally good English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel for project-dependent day or multi-day assignments within Germany
• Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and networking, analytical and innovative thinking as well as a convincing appearance
